bbg33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between bbg33 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses bbg33.vip. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and all promotional activities.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether browsing as a guest, registering as a new player, or returning as an existing player — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. bbg33 reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems (bots) may not register as Players.
• You must not be an existing bbg33 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
• You must not already hold an existing bbg33 account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonus funds forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly should it change at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment channels. No other payment methods are currently supported.

• Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All three are mobile financial services regulated in Bangladesh. bbg33 does not accept payment via international credit cards, SWIFT transfers, or cryptocurrency.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. bbg33 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bbg33 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods other than those approved above.
• bbg33 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid and national holidays), and during any mandatory KYC review. bbg33 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

bbg33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own mobile wallet provider or bank, which are outside bbg33's control.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in a prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (duplicate accounts), whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting any technical error, system glitch, or software vulnerability on the Platform to gain funds or an advantage that would not be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be removed from the Player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward bbg33 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform, including customer support channels.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbg33 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

bbg33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bbg33 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

• bbg33 is not liable for any interruption to the Platform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.
• Any bet placed during a period of technical malfunction may be voided at bbg33's discretion. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account. bbg33 will not be liable for any perceived lost winnings arising from a void bet.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Account Termination

You may close your bbg33 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bbg33 reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or its other players. In the event of termination for cause, bbg33 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bbg33 and the Player will attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms informally in the first instance by contacting customer support. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration or to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by bbg33 in its reasonable discretion. By using the Platform, you consent to this dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits bbg33's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
